From staring StarLink conducted both internal and external training for continuous development of its employee. Following training strategy and step are maintained for all employees.
Every new employee will go through in house basic training. Without basic in-house training no new team leader or technician will go to site. The courses contains the following: 1.Work Regulation 2.Engineering Safety 3.Installation Video: Huawei supplied installation video.
After in-house training every engineer will go through on job training at least for 3 months to get the practical experience.
Every year we select some good engineer and send them for overseas training.
After every visit of QC Engineer, QC department will publish a paper listing the entire fault found during their visit including their suggestion how to avoid the fault next time and distribute among the team leader and technician.
Every Month QC department will conduct training among team leader and technician and also for new engineers.
